How does 24 hour theater work? In this particular case…
At 7pm Friday April 10th, all participants will gather at Jake’s. Pre-assigned teams will get to meet (One writer/writing team, one director/directing team, and a handful of actors per team). Writers will randomly draw a prop and a line they must use in their script. Teams are welcome to discuss with each other their special abilities, acting “wills” and “won’ts”, etc.
Through the overnight, writers will write their 10-minute scripts based on the prop, line, and actors they have at their disposal. Directors will then email their script to both the coordinator and their director.
Director/Actor teams then have Saturday to plan and rehearse their plays. We will have a “tech” rehearsal around 5pm Saturday night. 7pm is curtain.
Folks of all abilities are welcome to join! We will take anyone willing and able to participate. Help spread the word, as ticket sales will help fund Seven Ages Theatricals future shows, and will encourage us to do this again!

April 10:
7:00pm – All participants gather at Jake’s
8:00pm – Writers start their script writing
April 11:
8:00am – Teams start to gather and rehearse their plays
4:00pm – Tech run-through
6:30pm – Doors open
7:00pm – Show starts
